I'm currently in the midst of my 3-leg journey back to Rome. Cusco-Lima; Lima-Madrid; Madrid-Rome. Right now I'm in Madrid, having survived the most painful leg: a 10.5-hour layover in Lima followed by an 11-hour flight from Lima to Madrid. I'm grateful I slept for about 9 hours of that flight though! Unusual for me.
I can't wait to get back to my beloved second city...just a few hours now. Pictures to come...
